On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026 the oil mills of Garda Trentino open their doors for two days dedicated to extra virgin olive oil. In Arco and the neighbouring villages, producers welcome residents and guests to show up close how oil is made: visitors can tour the facilities, follow the stages of processing and taste the freshly pressed product. The programme includes meetings with producers, guided tastings and food pairings, as well as a walk along the Sentiero dell'olivo in Arco, which crosses the olive groves above the lake. In total, 7 oil mills are involved with 10 experiences on the calendar. The initiative is promoted by the Comune di Arco with Garda Trentino. New for this edition is the Evo Pass, a free passport that guides visitors through production sites and the landscape.
